The Role
As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the daily management and leadership of the marketing team — overseeing all activity across digital, content, and client marketing.
You’ll manage both the Content Lead and Marketing Executive, ensuring the delivery of cohesive, high-quality campaigns that support business growth and reflect Reeves’ values and brand identity.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll have a direct hand in shaping how Reeves is positioned in the marketplace — increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation within the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management

Manage and mentor the Content Lead and Marketing Executive, overseeing daily workloads and priorities.

Foster collaboration, creativity, and accountability across the team.

Ensure all marketing output aligns with strategic goals and brand standards.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Oversee all digital channels, including SEO, PPC, paid social, and email marketing.

Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximise reach, performance, and ROI.

Plan and deliver email campaigns via Mailchimp, including automation, segmentation, and performance analysis.

Maintain and improve the Reeves website (e.g., WordPress), ensuring it is optimised for user experience, SEO, and conversions.

Analyse campaign data to track performance and inform continuous improvement.
Content & Brand Development

Work with the Content Lead to deliver engaging and educational digital content across the website, YouTube, and social media.

Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and visual style across all channels.

Collaborate with the Head of Marketing on brand positioning and creative strategy to increase awareness and market presence.

Support the development of video content and other multimedia initiatives.
Events & Client Marketing

Oversee marketing for Reeves’ client referral scheme, ensuring consistent promotion and engagement.

Manage the planning and delivery of quarterly virtual client webinars and the annual in-person client event.

Lead the marketing, communications, and digital promotion surrounding all client-facing events.
Reporting & Insights

Produce regular reports on campaign performance, website traffic, and digital ROI.

Monitor marketing budgets and optimise spend for maximum impact.

Provide insights and recommendations to the Head of Marketing to guide strategic decision-making.
Skills & Experience
Essential:

Proven experience in a digital marketing management or senior marketing role, ideally within financial services or a professional services environment.

Strong leadership and organisational skills, with experience managing a small team.

Hands-on expertise across SEO, PPC, paid social, and email marketing.

Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.

Experience managing website content and performance (e.g., WordPress).

Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results and ROI.
Desirable:

Experience in event and client engagement marketing.

Knowledge of video content creation and YouTube optimisation.

Strong understanding of compliance and tone of voice considerations within financial services marketing.
