Participation and enjoyment of sport is a passion for Reeves Independent.
We will do everything we can to promote, support and encourage participation at all levels.
We are honoured to sponsoring Newcastle Chemfica Football Club first team.
Over the past 15 seasons, we have formed a great synergy with the team and have seen them grow from strength to strength.
We have always been passionate about youth football and want to stress the importance of encouraging young people to take up and participate in sport.
Our Founder and CEO Nigel Reeves is delighted to once again be sponsoring the Club:
Personally, I’ve been involved in local football for over a decade and it is a pleasure to be involved with the Northern Alliance, a very well organised, established and well-run league that provides enjoyment for hundreds of adult footballers. We are proud to be in a position where we can help our local community.
Chemfica Football Club has 6 adult mens football teams and they play in the Northern Aliance Football League, Tyneside Amateur League and Newcastle Corinthain League and the Tyneside Sunday Morning Leagues.

For a club of our size, the sponsorship from Nigel and Reeves is vital and we would like to place on record our sincere thanks to Nigel.
The sponsorship will allow Chemfica to keep playing in the Northern Alliance Premiership, hopefully enabling the club to continue to develop.
We understand the players enjoyment is always paramount, and the sponsorship will enable the team to keep playing in an atmosphere and surrounding that they know is secure, allowing the lads to simply let their football do the talking.
After the past 16 or so months, many grassroots clubs have felt the brutal impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, many haven’t survived. That is why local businesses, such as Reeves Independent, can play a vital role in supporting their local grassroots teams, to not only keep their heads above water, but to thrive and succeed.
We know how important Nigel’s sponsorship is to Chemfica – it will allow us to play and progress, build and grow. Once again, we would like to say a massive ‘thank you’ to Nigel and to Reeves Independent.
