Position: Triage Relationship Manager
Salary: £20,000 - £23,0000 per year
Key Responsibilites

Completing introductory calls from various lead generation sources to understand the clients needs, explain and refer into our services.

Ensure effective diary management through completing requisite call amounts.

Work with clients to understand their retirement objectives and gather first level details to pass to our advisers.

Various administration duties including ensuring data collection from client communication is correct and timely.

Support and assist in administration duties of our Adviser team.
Desirable Experience and Education:
Essential Skills and Experience:

Experience in a ‘sales’ and telephone communication roles.

GCSE’s at C/5 or above including Maths and English.

Computer Literate with proficiency in all Microsoft Packages.

Proactive with great attention to detail.
-
Generalist administrative experience in a fast-paced business would be an advantage.
