Project Manager

Your Role

Team: Central Services

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets

  • Manage project teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure project success

  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project stays on track and meets goals and objectives

  • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including the CEO, managing director and senior management

  • Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders

  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies across the Reeves Group

Desirable Experience and Education:

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget

  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, risk management, and budgeting

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile and Waterfall

  • A relevant project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum is desirable.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in project management, business management or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
