Your Role
Team: Central Services
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per year
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets

Manage project teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure project success

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project stays on track and meets goals and objectives

Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, including the CEO, managing director and senior management
-
Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies
-
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget
-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders

Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies across the Reeves Group
Desirable Experience and Education:
-
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
-
Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, risk management, and budgeting

Excellent leadership and team management skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
-
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile and Waterfall
-
A relevant project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum is desirable.

Bachelor's degree or higher in project management, business management or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
