About the Role

Position: People Administrator

Salary: £21,000 - £23,0000 per year

Key Responsibilites

  • Management of the training administration for all employees, including PDPs, attendance records, CPD logs and training preparation support.

  • Timetable management for all employees undertaking exams.

  • Management of incentive quizzes by collation of results and distribution.

  • Manage the CPD completion for all relevant staff, focusing on FCA authorised people.

  • Recruitment Administration – note-taking & arranging offer packs.

Desirable Experience and Education:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years plus experience working in administration.

  • Excellent ICT & Microsoft 365 knowledge.

  • Willingness to work towards CIPD qualification.
