Zoom to enhance our client communication experiences

Training started today on using zoom, our selected external communication tool.

To use it you must be signed off as competent by your manager. We have 3 levels: base, moderate and expert.

All customer facing staff should aim to be expert.

Being able to share documents, use white boards, see ‘the eyes’ should enhance our outcomes from all client calls. To do this should reduce the need to meet face to face and become a much more efficient business.

Everyone will be the winner! Ryan Diamond is running zoom project with implementation by Paul d, jack f and josh.
