Another week of home working completed. This is generally going well, based on our feedback. Hope you have all enjoyed the sunny bank holiday weekend.
The coronavirus questionnaire: The client service team is focussed on dealing with a high volume of calls that have been generated through this questionnaire. Feedback has been very positive, thank you for taking part in an open and positive manner.
Reeves Independent Limited: All existing clients are now being looked after by our new limited company and the account managers. This arrangement is a better platform for our staff and clients. It will ensure continuity and consistency of service in the short and long term.
New appointment: As part of our improvements I am pleased to announce Brendan Regan will start work on Monday 11th May. He joins at an exciting time. He adds experience to our business leadership and management team with the aim of ensuring that our high standards continue to be stretched upwards.
Brendan has experience of overseeing a growing businesses and he will be very keen on maintaining and taking our service standards to even higher levels.
The ‘A Team’: is ready and prepared to return to the office. Once Boris gives the go ahead we have a plan to enable some of our staff members to get back working safely in the office.
Reeves Essential: is the name given to the new service for clients with under 100k and under 55 years of age. These younger clients have different needs to our clients who have already accumulated their reitrement wealth. This service is being run by David. David was the successful internal applicant for this new position.
Chris Lockerbie is looking after the retired clients for a few weeks.
Wills Service: A number of clients are going through what we believe is a new slicker process. We hope we can help clients make important decisions and get these important documents filed away with the assurance that an important job has been done.
Zoom remains our preferred client virtual meeting tool. The chance to see each other, share documents and the convenience mean this has been a big success for many clients. We aim to help our team and our clients to become fully competent and confident with this software.
