The client team will start operation ‘reassure’ this week.

This will start off with an online questionnaire (google docs format) to ask how the corona virus has affected our clients lives, their thoughts and their retirement plans.

We will gain some interesting insights to the publics view of what has been happening and hopefully where our clients really need help right now.

Once we have the data back in we will start a months work where we aim to speak (not email) every single pms client.

The top line message is that we are here for them in any way they need us.

We will confirm they have the right cash levels to achieve their plans, understand our investment strategy and plans and we are up to date with any changes to circumstances and goals.
