Raise issues – This helps your team mates!

  1. Whistleblowing is not a negative thing – it helps your team mates avoid future mistakes when trained / rectified.
  2. Go to your manager in the first instance if you see a common theme.
  3. If your manager does not solve, tell him that you would like to speak to his manager.
  4. If then the problem is still not resolved – inform the managers that you want a meeting with NR.
