Brendan is now working with Zoe on moving our people to the next level.

Brendan has identified an upgrade of our already improved induction programme and will modify the experiences planned for new starters as well as introduce an induction and support programme for our young managers, returning to work colleagues and people with new roles to give them a greater chance of success.

Training and development is a two way process at Reeves and with opportunity comes initiative, thirst for improvement and accepting and taking responsibility.
