About the Role 

Team: Marketing

Salary: Up to £24,000 per year

We’re looking for a ‘do-er’, someone who can join us and hit the ground running. We want you to have a passion for all things marketing and be full of ideas for making the sometimes dry world of financial services, engaging.

A minimum of three years’ experience in a marketing role is required and candidates who have worked as a Junior Marketing Executive or Marketing Assistant would hold an advantage.

  • Experience in content creation, email marketing, social media, and digital marketing (SEO, PCC and Paid Social)

  • Experience with using Adobe Premiere Pro. would be an advantage

  • Ability to track performance and identify opportunities and issues

  • Eager and positive can-do attitude

  • Super organised

  • Clear ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects

  • Passionate and enthusiastic

  • Able to work well under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities 

Reporting into the Group Marketing and Communications Manager, no day will be the same as you work across all of the Reeves Group brands. As the Marketing Executive, your role will include but will not be limited to:

  • You’ll manage our Group social media accounts, organizing and scheduling all posts

  • You’ll produce highly engaging content for digital channels

  • You’ll be responsible for making sure our webinars are promoted and run smoothly

  • You’ll support with copywriting when needed

  • You’ll use analytics tools to report on the success of our marketing efforts

  • You’ll conduct regular competitor and digital research to ensure we’re on top of trends

  • You’ll support our email marketing efforts

  • You’ll manage our client newsletters, with content support from the Marketing and Communications Manager

  • You’ll manage our Trustpilot, responding to all reviews and ensuring we maintain our ‘Excellent’ rating

  • You’ll support our Lead Generation teams with marketing collateral

  • You’ll support the wider Marketing Team with any ad-hoc tasks

  • You’ll manage our Marketing Support inbox, prioritizing and assigning tasks accordingly
