Reeves introduce a brand new digital portal!
Reeves have made multiple changes to the way we communicate with you. To ensure we are keeping up with regulatory changes, we are introducing a new digital portal.
Your data is valuable, and this portal will help to keep all of your information secure on one platform. The portal provides a gateway between ourselves and your records which allows us to send secure messages. Not only that, but we are able to exchange documents securely, removing the hazard of using email to transfer confidential financial details.
The digital portal allows you to view the plans and policies you have in force and see the latest information on each. This creates a more efficient way for you to advise us if your circumstances have changed or if you simply need to get in touch.
Below is a basic guide on how to get started on the new portal, we are gradually implimenting the change accross all clients.

How do I set the portal up?
We will initiate the setting up of the portal when we need to contact you. We will still be able to communicate via email so don't worry about that. With the portal you will receive your own username and be asked to set up a password.
This set up process, in a similar way to online banking, will have a verification process which uses email and/or SMS.
