How will the new GDPR rules affect you?
Due to the new GDPR rules which have came into play on the 25th May 2018, we have made multiple changes to the way we now communicate with you. We are introducing a digital portal to ensure we are keeping up with the regulatory changes. Your data is valuable, and this portal will help keep all your information secure on one platform.
The portal provides a gateway between ourselves and your records which allows us to send and receive secure messages. Not only that, we are able to exchange documents securely, removing the hazard of emails to transfer confidential financial details.
The digital portal allows you to view the plans and policies you have in force and to see the latest information on each. The portal is a more efficient way for you to advise us if your circumstances have changed- or to send us a message.
We are looking to implement this change in your next review or the next time we speak to you.
Don’t worry you can still call or email us at any point with any questions or changes you may have!
How do I set the portal up?
We are phasing the new digital portal in with all of our clients- so don't worry if you haven't got one set up yet. We will discuss this with you in your next review or the next time we speak to you.
How can I update my personal details?
How do I upload a document?
How do I send a message?
It is important that no actions should be taken without first taking advice. Personal circumstances and an individual’s appetite for risk means that the advice for one person may not be the same for everyone.
