Financial Services Administrator

About the Role 

Team: Investment

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per year

Key Responsibilities 

  • Setting up and recording external meetings with fund managers.

  • Organising external client meetings.

  • Organising internal team meetings.

  • Auditing investment transactions.

  • Actioning bulk administrative duties including investment changes and communications.

Desirable Experience and Education:

Essential Skills and Experience:​

  • Has up to date knowledge of relevant pension legislation, regulations and technical developments affecting pension administration.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience using a CRM system.

  • Experience of working in a client relationship focused, targeted environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • A-Level qualifications or equivalent.
