About the Role

Team: New Client Team

Position: Financial Services Administrator

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 a year

New Client Administration

  • You will process Letters of Authority and input accurate data in our CRM system.

  • You will communicate with pension providers daily and chase scheme information.

  • You will be responsible for preparing sign up packs and issuing confidential documents to New Clients on schedule to submit new business.

  • You will be instrumental in the interpretation, gathering and analysis of key data.

  • You will complete analysis of data and ensure all information is correct.

Existing Client Administration

  • Submit business to platforms and providers for our existing clients.

  • Chase submitted business through to completion.

  • Complete skilled reading, interpreting, gathering and analysing data received from providers.

  • Carefully and accurately complete and record forms for our existing clients.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and 3rd parties.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Has up to date knowledge of relevant pension legislation, regulations and technical developments affecting pension administration.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience using a CRM system.

  • Experience of working in a client relationship focused, targeted environment.

  • Excellent attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately.

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.

  • A-Level qualifications or equivalent.
