Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per year

Our Client Relationship Team are at the centre of the service we provide to our clients. The team is involved in every area of the business and really drive our advice process. The Role & Responsibilities:

To be the key point of contact for our New Client Advice Team, assisting them in providing client advice, workflow management and diary management.

To be the main point of contact for our clients and managing their experience within Reeves Independent.

To ensure the client is kept up to date on their case.

To collect and analyse data to ensure maximum performance and establish performance gaps within the New Client Advice process.

To coordinate the support process in a timely manner to ensure documentation for client calls is present and correct.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience of working in a client relationship focused, targeted environment.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience using a CRM system.

Excellent attention to detail and able to work quickly and accurately.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

A-Level qualifications or equivalent.
