At Reeves Independent, that is our company policy. We think it is only fair that we ensure that everyone is dealt with in the best possible manner – even if they don’t become a client.
Reeves has been in operation since 1996 and over those 25 years, we have always been eternally grateful to have been introduced to friends, families, and colleagues by our existing clients.
We recognise, like many small businesses, that the role of these introductions is an incredibly vital one. Such introductions have strongly contributed to the growth of Reeves Independent from a one-man band to 53 current staff members, in the quarter of a century that we have been in business.
The best way of retaining clients and attracting word-of-mouth introductions is by delivering outstanding and reliable service - provided by expert and friendly, approachable staff.

Now, after much debate and discussion, we are pleased to offer more than just a ‘thanks.’
Reeves Independent is absolutely thrilled to announce our new ‘Advocate Scheme.’
This is a brand-new scheme, to reward those people that introduce their personal contacts to ourselves. In addition, we are also able to offer a support system to help.
