New players for season 2008 - 2009

We are losing two players that we know of Rob White and Scouse - both are moving out of the area.
We currently have 3 new players lined up for the next season. One ha salready signed up this season (but not yet played) and two are mates of an existing player. All three are quality players and will improve our squad.
If every one hunts out new top quality players and gets any interest please let me know their name.

| New Player policy
At present we have a healthy number of players at training and at matches. We want to recruit players that will be part of the first team squad (may play secondor first team football). This will improve teh quality of all our teams.
Criteria steps to follow:
1 Will they definitely be picked for at least the second team?
2 Will they sign first team forms?
3 Will they attend training more often than any regular third team player?
4 Will they pay their subs?
5 Will they play most weekends.
6 Will they be reliable and turn up when they say they will?
When we are unsure about a player they will be invited to attend a training session for a few weeks - or attend a trial with other new players.
To sign up a player must get at least a 'yes' on points 1 or 2, or answer yes on point 3,4,5,6.
In summary we will sign first team quality playesr all of the time and we will sign third team players who are more committed than those existing third team players who are less committed.
This policy should increase quality at the top end and increase commitment at the lower end of the club.
